Fantastic steak pizza... My work typically orders a party box every other week or so for lunch, it always comes hot and delicious which is exactly what a couple of hard working guys want for lunch. Not long ago, I picked up a Steak Supreme for dinner on a whim and i gotta say, this is the best steak pie in town! Thick, juicy shaved pieces of seasoned meat and fresh veggies lay on top of a perfectly crisp and baked crust (perfect for folding like a NY slice!) complimented by just the right amount of warm, melted cheese. Even the little bit of herb-soaked olive oil that dripped from each piece was a nice bonus for dabbing up with the crust...but the real detail that shines above the rest was the heaping of crunchy hot peppers. Who would have thought a simple pizza topping would add such a wonderful layer of flavor, and each slice had a nice portion for every bite. Great pizza, great service. Can't say enough good things aboug Bishops!
